Young people have nothing to eat and no place to sleep,
they are lost,
they are frightened,
they are victims of violence

The alternative is the

St. Elisabeth Youth Center in Moundou, Chad in Africa

Our missionary, Capuchin Friar, Andrew Barszcz from Cracow, Poland,

who has been working in Africa since 2001,

has already built 3 buildings however, they are far from ready
• there is no water or electricity supply,
• there are no beds, tables, chairs, in fact no furniture at all !!!!!!,
• no books, no newspapers, pens etc.
• there is a water pomp, but a broken one and in desperate need of repair
